He has been married to his wife Earlene for 48 years, and has three sons, three daughters-in-law, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He works as a Facilities Supervisor for Family MedCenters and is a retired sergeant from the Leon Police Department. Bob is a member of the Bethel Assembly of God and has served on the Haysville City Council for 15 years (2000-2004 and 2011-present). He believes Haysville is a great place to live and raise a family.

Contractor's License Contractor’s License To ensure that all work being completed in the City of Haysville is of the highest quality we must ensure that all contractors meet at least the minimum requirements in their trade. Contractors can stop by the Public Works office located at 401 S. Jane to fill out the application & pay fees. We also accept applications via fax or email. All Haysville Licenses expire in December of the current year regardless of when it was purchased.
