Councilperson Thompson was elected to the City Council in April of 2015. He and his wife Kim have lived in Haysville for more than 25 years. Together they have four grown children, all of whom are graduates of Campus High School. They also have thirteen grandchildren. Dale is a quality aircraft inspector for Wichita State University NIAR division. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion. He enjoys the small-town atmosphere offered in Haysville and says it is a great place to live and raise a family. Dale takes a common sense approach to government, and says he is proud to serve our community.
